The 2018 Men’s Roller Derby World Cup is taking place in Barcelona April 5th to April 8th. Roller Derby is not yet a recognized sport by the Canadian government, and as such the team does not receive any government funding for training or travel to the World Cup. The athletes are self-funded and rely on fundraising and sponsors to help cover the costs associated with uniforms and gear, practice space, travelling to practices across Canada and to make the trip the Barcelona.

The Men’s Roller Derby World Cup is a major roller derby event. The event sells approximately 600 tickets to spectators and has over 27,000 viewers watching the online stream. The stream viewership is mostly from the United States of America, Canada, and the United Kingdom. More information on the World Cup can be found on their website, http://mrdwc.com.

In return for your sponsorship we are offering to proudly display your logo on our jerseys and for you to be listed as our key sponsor on the World Cup Program, our team website and Facebook page as well as shout outs to your company on Facebook during our updates. If provided, your banner can also be hung up during all Team Canada games at the World Cup. Our Facebook page currently reaches 3,800 people with the majority demographic being men and women between the age of 25 and 45 living in Canada or the United States of America.

Bronze – $2,500
Silver – $3,500
Gold – $5,000
Platinum – $10,000
